His strengths are in the areas of administration, analysis, equipping clients, management, marketing, pastoral issues, quality control, real estate investing, research/development.

God had other plans and Roger was the first/only member of immediate family to graduate from a four-year university and travel throughout Europe. He is also first/only one to be immersed into Christ (11 years old) and follow/serve Jesus faithfully.
Roger is the youngest of two siblings who was born with lots of birth defects in a hyper-dysfunctional family so he is acutely aware of steep challenges that face children and adults alike. He grew up in Rutland, IL surrounded by the richest farmland in the USA. Doctors told his parents to quit drinking and smoking and move to the Southwest to improve the quality for him and avoid extended suffering and not to expect him to live beyond his teenage years. They refused to move and much suffering was endured.
